  2. Provide a clear photo of the damaged print and the packaging it came in.

  3. Once we have received your proof of damage, we will issue you a refund or exchange your print or frame depending on your preference.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for prints that have been damaged due to mishandling or misuse.

We take great care in packaging our prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, accidents can happen during shipping. If your print is damaged during shipping, we will do our best to make it right.
